Please be advised that following the conclusion of the 5-day DRP pricing period on 6 October 2009, a DRP price of $3.1344 has been set.

The dividend will be paid on 8 October 2009.

Centennial advises that no part of this dividend is classified as Conduit Foreign Income (“CFI”).
