Extension of Offer Period by Banpu
Takeover offer by Banpu Minerals (Singapore) Pte Ltd for Centennial Coal Company Limited - Notice of variation.
The Offer period has been extended and will now close at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 27 September 2010.
The new date for giving notice on the status of the conditions to the Offers, has been deferred to 20 September 2010 (subject to extension in accordance with section 630(2) of the Corporations Act if the Offers are extended).
